I guided and worked for a sports nutritionist to reduce work hours while maximizing income through strategic digital solutions.

OVERVIEW

Nutreats, founded by Agustina, a seasoned sports nutritionist from Buenos Aires, needed to scale her services without increasing her workload. As her digital product designer, I collaborated closely with Agustina to design a streamlined platform offering tailored nutrition guides, automated scheduling, and self-service onboarding information for prospective clients. This solution allowed her to serve more clients with less time investment, empowering her to focus on high-value consultations.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Agustina’s challenge was clear: “How can I work fewer hours but still earn the same or more?”. Her income relied heavily on one-on-one consultations, creating a time-for-money constraint. She sought a solution that could provide passive income streams, reduce time spent on administrative tasks, and simplify the onboarding process for new clients.

MY ROLE

As the digital product designer, I led the project from ideation through implementation. During our initial discussions, I identified three key strategies to address Agustina’s goal of reducing her workload without sacrificing income. First, we introduced a passive income stream through custom nutrition guides tailored to different client needs. Second, I focused on reducing her administrative time by implementing automated scheduling and creating a robust FAQ section to preemptively answer new client questions. Finally, we streamlined the onboarding process to make Nutreats accessible to new clients. I also designed and implemented a website using Framer, which sped up the design process and allowed Agustina to begin maximizing revenue sooner. This strategy-driven approach ensured that every feature aligned with her needs, empowering her to work more efficiently and sustainably.

RESULTS

Through our collaboration, we achieved impressive outcomes for Nutreats.

Additionally, the automation of scheduling and a comprehensive FAQ section helped reduce Agustina’s administrative workload by 50%, allowing her to focus more on consultations and less on repetitive tasks.

It's expected that with nutrition guides that included anthropometric tracking, clients will experience up to three times faster changes in body composition. Passive income from the guides is also estimated to increased her revenue by 25%, diversifying her income streams.
